Job summary

3dB Labs, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Product Quote & Customer Support Specialist to help customers obtain accurate and timely quotes for our products. You will gather information, prepare quotes, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Sales to ensure quotes meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes for 3dB Labs products and solutions.
• Gather the information needed to build a quote, including quantities, product options, customer requirements, pricing, and delivery needs.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Production, Business Development, and Field Applications when additional information is needed.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify needs and answer routine questions.
• Learn products well enough to explain options and help customers identify solutions.
• Bring technical questions to the appropriate internal expert when needed.
• Review quotes for accuracy and ensure pricing/product guidelines are followed.
• Follow up on open quotes so customers receive information and opportunities progress.
• Keep quote and customer data organized in company systems.
• Help improve quoting processes, templates, and internal resources.
• Prepare basic reports showing quote activity and response times.
