Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and returns to improve quality and satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to facilitate product returns and credit processes.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure quality standards are met.
