Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality expert for an assigned product line and analyze customer feedback and returns to improve quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, vendors and warehouse teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Work with vendors to facilitate product returns and credits.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure quality standards.
