Job summary

Uline seeks an Associate Product Quality Analyst to become a quality expert for an assigned product line. You’ll analyze customer feedback and product returns to improve quality and customer satisfaction, partnering with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address concerns and implement solutions.

You’ll work directly with vendors to facilitate returns and credits, and assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all items meet Uline’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.
