RealmOne is seeking a Product Pursuit Lead to manage the end-to-end pursuit pipeline for the Foundry. You will coordinate across customers, technical, and writing inputs, engaging with consortia and program offices to shape and submit proposals.

The role requires experience with OTA consortia, BAA/CSO processes, and defense markets, with a focus on leading a team of pursuit professionals and staff.

Qualificações

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with OTA consortia, BAA and CSO processes, and government marketplaces

Responsabilidades

• Run the Foundry's pursuit pipeline end to end: intake, qualification, deadlines, actions, and response schedules
• Maintain consortium memberships and program-office relationships; monitor member-only solicitation flow
• Lead initial customer conversations and coordinate technical shaping support
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs into on-time, compliant submissions
• Lead and develop sourcing and technical writing staff
