Job summary

LiveView Technologies (LVT) seeks a Product & Privacy Counsel to guide privacy and regulatory compliance for product and engineering teams. You’ll craft and negotiate DPAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements to enable scalable growth.

You will monitor state, federal, and international privacy laws and AI regulations, translating them into practical, business-minded strategies while supporting cross-functional collaboration with revenue and product teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of major privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).
• Experience translating legal compliance into engineering requirements.
• Experience negotiating complex technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive privacy, data protection, and consumer protection guidance across product lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor and translate evolving privacy laws and AI regulations into actions.
