Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Associate Legal Counsel, Product & Privacy, Ads, based in the United States. You will guide product development, privacy, consumer protection, and advertising matters across the ads stack, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing to balance risk and innovation.

This role offers exposure to SSP and DSP platforms, evolving privacy regimes, and cross-functional partnerships in a remote-first U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission
• 5+ years of ad-tech product/privacy counseling experience
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance

Responsibilities

• Advise advertising engineering and product teams on legal and regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle (SSP/DSP).
• Provide privacy and data protection guidance for ad-tech activities and marketing initiatives.
• Counsel on content regulation and advertising policies.
• Advise on marketing and commercial matters for B2B advertising.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for Ads Product Managers and Ad Sales.
• Monitor evolving privacy and consumer protection regulations and translate to practical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies.
• Provide actionable, business-focused legal advice to enable innovation while managing risk.
