Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in at least one state

Responsibilities

• Support and advise on ad tech integration, data licensing, and privacy matters.
• Draft and negotiate client and vendor agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, IOs, licensing).
• Negotiate with data/tech providers and key ad tech players.
• Manage legal requests as first point of contact and coordinate with lead counsel for affiliates.
