The role focuses on end-to-end portfolio visibility, planning, release, and operational readiness across Product, Engineering, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Experience in portfolio operations, strategy, or matrixed environments.
• Experience building management reports and dashboards and defining metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyze OKRs and key business metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize portfolio dynamics into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop executive-ready materials with clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Partner across a matrixed organization to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Operationalize quarterly and continuous planning cycles with templates and milestones.
• Improve transparency through dashboards, RAID tracking, and plan-versus-actual reporting.
• Standardize operating rhythms with templates, due dates, and quality checks.
• Create a consistent portfolio view of priorities, milestones, and capacity.
• Drive risk tracking and green-path plans with owners and next actions.
• Advance controls readiness by maintaining control inventories and maps.
• Develop leadership narratives summarizing portfolio performance and risks.
