Job summary
Truist is seeking a Product Owner to support sales enablement via the Salesforce platform and integrated applications. You will translate business needs into product priorities, leverage AI tools, and work within an Agile team to deliver features.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to balance business and technical priorities and ensure timely delivery of value across the experience platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, design, or technology.
- 5+ years in banking, financial services, digital, or related fields.
- 3+ years in product, analysis, technology, or design.
- 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead PI planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Articulate product strategy with the delivery team.
- Design new products and improvements with partners.
- Maintain the team backlog and guide user stories and features.
- Coordinate business validation and ensure fitness for use.
- Communicate delivery status and dependencies to leadership.
- Collaborate with architects and tech leads to balance priorities.
- Facilitate demos and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Prepare release documents and go/no-go decisions.
