Job summary

Deposco, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive customer adoption of the Bright Portal for our growing 3PL base. You will be the SME embedded with Professional Services, owning the portal end-to-end from go-live readiness through roadmap delivery.

You will package new features for customers, monitor post-release adoption, and ensure the portal becomes a differentiator for every 3PL we serve. Strong SaaS product management and supply chain ops experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS product management, implementation, or solutions engineering.
• Experience with 3PL/supply chain operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work without a fixed playbook and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Enablement: embedded advisor with Professional Services to ensure adoption beyond go-live.
• Portal SME for Professional Services teams.
• Convert field observations to product tickets within sprints to improve velocity.
• Prioritize backlog and incorporate AI-enabled features into the roadmap.
• Prototype with customers to validate ideas before engineering work.
