• Owns returns initiation portals: managed and partner channel integrations.
• Manages Vendor Policy Hub: rules engine, policy config, compliance workflows.
• Oversees data ingestion to ensure downstream operations run without gaps.
• Ensures product reliability, uptime, and incident response at the intake layer.
• Shaping the roadmap to strengthen ReturnPro’s end-to-end solution for ICP.
