Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the NetSuite-based digital tools enhancing the resident lifecycle from application to ongoing engagement. You will shape the roadmap, prioritize work, and ensure measurable value for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, translating feedback into features, and working with analysts, developers, and UX designers in an agile environment. A strong portal and digital product focus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in digital product development.
• 1 year in building/managing customer portals, especially in property management or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and prioritize product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and release plans based on insights and goals.
• Gather and translate feedback from residents, stakeholders, and users into actionable features.
• Collaborate with analysts and development teams in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Monitor usage metrics and feedback to inform ongoing enhancements.
