You are the subject matter expert embedded alongside the Professional Services team who ensures customers truly adopt, use, and derive value from the portal. Deposco's 3PL vertical is growing fast. As the Bright Portal Product Owner, you will own the portal experience end-to-end: from go-live readiness through roadmap delivery, packaging new features for customers, and ensuring the portal becomes a competitive differentiator for every 3PL we serve. Your key success metric is customer adoption.

What You'll Do
Delivery Enablement
  • Embedded advisor alongside Professional Services project teams — ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform, not just go live on it

  • Portal SME for all Professional Services project teams

  • Convert field observations to product tickets within the sprint, eliminating the signal lag that costs velocity

Roadmap Management
  • Prioritizing backlog

  • Incorporating AI enabled features into the product

Functional Prototyping
  • Build working prototypes directly with customers to validate ideas before engineering touches them

New Feature Packaging
  • Monitor post-release adoption and surface issues before customers escape them

  • Drive customer awareness and excitement for new capabilities

  • Ensure every customer knows what's coming, why it matters, and how to use it — before it ships

What You'll Need
  • Critical thinker, Industry functional thinking, Curious problem seeker, Product creativity

  • Experience in SaaS product management, implementation, solutions engineering, or 3PL/supply chain operations

  • Claude Code or equivalent experience

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating without a fully-defined playbook

  • Bonus: familiarity with WMS/OMS platforms or warehouse operation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or a related degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0.

  • 3+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing application software in any of the following areas: e-commerce, order management, inventory management, application integration, API’s, and shipping. Hands‑on expertise with supply chain or e-commerce software solutions is desired.

  • Experience or interest in a software product management role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Self‑motivation and a passion to learn.

  • Corporate events including food trucks, Top Golf and other shenanigans

  • Corporate office with co‑working spaces, ping‑pong tables, corn‑hole boards, and Avalon around the corner

  • Benefits package including health care, paid time off, life insurance, 401k plan (with match), and gym reimbursement
