Job summary

SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive two internal products and the Shareholder Portal, focusing on scaling operations for M&A teams. You will work with the Director, Product Management and Product Manager to define visions and prioritize features.

Location is Denver-based with a hybrid model (2 days in office). Salary ranges from $105k to $120k, dependent on experience, with benefits listed in the company overview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 2 years of SaaS product owner / product manager experience or related product management experience.
• Focus on delivering business and user value with measurable impact signals.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders.
• Experience developing reports and metrics for stakeholders using data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to keep the backlog well-ordered.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, data-driven, analytical and inquisitive.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), story mapping, and writing clear user stories.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a delivery team and ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other delivery-team meetings.
• Maintain a clear sprint objective and focus high-value initiatives.
• Ensure new, usable value is delivered to production regularly.
• Identify and resolve blockers, open questions, and risks with the delivery team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and stakeholders to support product delivery.
• Document changes and requirements clearly for efficient delivery.
• Develop deep knowledge of products, users and business processes.
