Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Product Owner in Atlanta to support risk insights, proactive guidance, and customer education. You will turn education priorities into clear requirements and a well-groomed backlog for delivery.

You will partner with a Product Manager focused on education and engagement, translating priorities into actionable backlog items and acceptance criteria for engineering, design, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong ability to create clear delivery criteria and acceptance tests.
• Proven track record working in Agile product environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate product priorities into deliverable capabilities for customers.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to align delivery with education and engagement goals.
• Create user stories, requirements, and testable acceptance criteria for tech teams.
• Understand information, processes, and rules behind customer-facing guidance.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and clarify scope amid changing needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to resolve blockers.
• Review solutions to ensure they meet customer needs and product goals.
• Plan testing with QA and prepare capabilities for release.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate customer feedback into backlog improvements.
