Capgemini is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with Underwriting, Operations, Billing, and Product teams to shape product features and backlogs. The role requires translating requirements into user stories, guiding Agile ceremonies, and ensuring successful delivery across UI and integration points.

Based in NYC/Atlanta, this position offers a path to lead cross-functional workstreams while coordinating with QA and development teams to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Surety/Commercial Insurance or related field.
• 2+ years as Product Owner/Business Analyst or similar Agile role.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Underwriting, Operations, Billing, and Product teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, supporting PI Planning, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Provide functional guidance to development and QA teams throughout delivery.
• Support system integrations, API-related requirements, and data flow analysis.
• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document business processes, workflows, and business rules.
