Bank of America seeks a Product Owner to maximize value for one or more products, driving a clear vision and roadmap aligned with business and technology goals. You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective product outcomes in a regulated IT environment.

The role emphasizes ownership of risk‑driven work across ServiceNow, Remedy, and Master Data Hub, with strong collaboration, prioritization, and delivery planning across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Product Owner mindset: Comfortable owning priorities, trade-offs, and delivery outcomes for a defined portfolio of work
• Agile delivery experience: Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and iterative delivery
• Excellent written communication: Able to clearly articulate risk, scope, status, and required leadership actions
• High execution discipline: Able to manage high volumes of work across multiple tracking systems in a complex IT environment
• Stakeholder management: Comfortable working with engineers, platform owners, security teams, and senior leaders
• Practical technical awareness: Able to engage credibly with technical teams without performing hands-on engineering
• Serve as Product Owner for operational and risk-driven work across ServiceNow, Remedy, and Master Data Hub
• Balance risk severity, regulatory urgency, delivery capacity, and platform constraints when making prioritization decisions

• Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
• Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
• Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
• Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject‑matter expertise of the business
