Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Lead Product Owner to join the OTDS New Products and Corporate Functions team. You will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with business units, partners, and controls to deliver complex, cross-functional solutions.
The role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate with senior leadership while guiding tax processes, fund trading operations, and nightly batch optimizations.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Information Systems preferred.
- 7+ years of IT Business Analyst/Product Owner experience in Financial Services.
- Experience with FIS OmniPlus/OmniTrade/OmniPay platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and detail orientation.
Responsabilidades
- Define and communicate product vision/roadmap for the product team.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and align with strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.
- Guide implementation of new products, tax processes, and nightly batch optimization.
- Support fund trading operations and tax-related processes.
