Synechron seeks a Product Owner to own the reconciliation platform for merchant acquiring. You will ensure every card transaction, fee, chargeback, and adjustment ties out across networks, the general ledger, and merchant funding.

The role requires deep merchant payments knowledge and collaboration with finance, settlement operations, merchant servicing, and engineering. You will work within an Agile Release Train under SAFe, translating reconciliation needs into stories, guiding cross-team

Qualifications

• Product Owner with SAFe experience and backlog management skills.
• Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience mapping requirements to stories for finance and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with general ledger mappings and month-end close cycles.

Responsabilités

• Own the product backlog for merchant reconciliation including transaction, settlement, funding, fee, and chargeback reconciliation.
• Define matching rules across networks, settlement reports, bank accounts, GL, and funding files.
• Lead workshops, UAT, and production releases; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
