Job summary

OTR Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for the Epay platform to own day-to-day delivery, backlog quality, and release planning. You will translate business intent into clear user stories, collaborate with Design, QA, and Engineering, and drive value across broker services.

The role requires hands-on Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance speed, quality, and user impact in a fintech transport context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Agile software development experience.
• Backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Strong user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Epay backlog and prioritize work by value and risk.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure items are testable.
• Collaborate with Design, UX, and Engineering to validate workflows.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
