Refactor Talent is seeking a Product Owner to lead a critical payment platform, aligning business requirements with engineering delivery in an Agile environment. The role emphasizes optimizing transportation management payments, APIs integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

You will own the backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and validate features through UAT, driving operational efficiency and scalable tech solutions.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: experience with TMS.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems integrations.
• Experience supporting payment, AR/AP, or financial operations platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party software integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a business-critical payment platform.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Improve operational workflows through scalable technology solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Validate completed functionality through user acceptance testing.
