Synechron is seeking a Product Owner for merchant reconciliation in Dallas, TX. You will own the reconciliation backlog across transactions, settlement, funding, fees, and chargebacks, and define matching rules across networks, settlements, and the general ledger.

You will work with finance, settlement operations, merchant servicing, and engineering to convert reconciliation challenges into actionable user stories for an Agile Release Train.

Formación

• 7+ years in merchant acquiring or payment processing.
• Strong merchant domain knowledge: authorization to funding lifecycle and pricing.
• Hands-on reconciliation experience: matching rules and ledger postings.
• SAFe experience: PI Planning and cross-team dependencies.
• Able to query transaction and ledger data in SQL and report findings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product backlog for merchant reconciliation: transaction, settlement, funding, fee, and chargeback reconciliation.
• Define matching rules across networks, bank settlements, and merchant funding files.
• Specify how breaks are detected, categorized, aged, routed, and resolved.
• Own requirements for interchange and scheme fee reconciliation; flag mispricing.
• Lead GAAP/GL mappings, month-end close, and SOX controls with finance.
