Synechron is seeking an experienced Product Owner focused on payments and Open Banking to drive modernization initiatives. You will shape requirements, manage backlogs, and partner with Product Managers, Architecture, and Operations to deliver enterprise-scale payment solutions.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering compliant money movement capabilities across platforms. Alpharetta, GA-based with competitive compensation.

• Strong stakeholder coordination and execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Product Owner for Open Banking and Payments initiatives, owning product backlog management and delivery execution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and program timelines.
• Work closely with Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and compliant payment solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to drive successful product releases.
• Support implementation and enhancement of Open Banking capabilities, Payment Hub initiatives, and money movement solutions.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes and customer experience.
