Collaboration with finance, settlement ops, merchant servicing, and engineering is essential, turning reconciliation problems into actionable stories. The base salary varies by geography; in Dallas, TX, ranges are $115k–$125k per year plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in merchant acquiring or payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of card lifecycle, interchange, and pricing.
• Hands-on reconciliation, ledger postings, and settlement experience.
• Experience with SAFe, PI Planning, and cross-team dependencies.

• Own backlog for merchant reconciliation: transactions, settlement, funding, fees, and chargebacks.
• Define matching rules across networks, settlement reports, and general ledger.
• Specify break management, aging, routing, and auto‑match targets.
• Lead requirements for interchange and scheme fees reconciliation; flag issues.
