Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in product delivery or related roles, with senior ownership of complex technology work.
• Experience with complex operational, financial, reporting, claims or batch-processing systems.
• Strong data flows understanding and ability to reason through data, rules, calculations and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog for client payment and reporting work.
• Translate high-level requirements into clear features, user stories, acceptance criteria and increments.
• Facilitate requirements discovery with stakeholders and technical teams, surface gaps and decisions.
• Turn approved interpretations into actionable product requirements for delivery.
• Support delivery of client-specific capabilities such as access controls and reporting enhancements.
• Prioritize work based on value, timing, complexity, dependencies and capacity.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage shared-code-base impacts and align functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-team forums to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work with engineers and testers to clarify requirements and support acceptance.
