Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery of technology solutions supporting Supply Chain and Logistics. You translate business needs into actionable product requirements, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in logistics and supply chain, excellent communication skills, and experience working with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or related roles.
- Strong Agile and SDLC knowledge; ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Transportation or Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain PRDs with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Translate workflows into detailed product requirements.
- Set product vision, objectives, metrics, and sprint goals.
- Prioritize backlog and support planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI to deliver value in Agile sprints.
- Coordinate demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
