Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery of technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery using Agile practices.
The role demands strong logistics domain expertise, excellent communication with business stakeholders and engineering teams, and a track record of delivering tangible outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 3+ years in Product Ownership and Business Analysis.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics technology.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain PRDs detailing problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
- Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Translate business processes into detailed product requirements.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog to align with priorities.
- Support planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering to size stories and validate delivery.
