Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery for Supply Chain and Logistics tech solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery through Agile methods.

The ideal candidate has logistics domain expertise, strong communication, and experience partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and product leaders to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 3+ years of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong Agile methodologies and SDLC understanding.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs defining problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements and priorities.
• Establish vision, objectives, metrics, and sprint goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog; support planning and capacity forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and UX/UI teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate demos and stakeholder reviews; ensure value delivery through iterations.
