Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery of technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. Translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage backlog, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver business value through Agile.

The ideal candidate has logistics domain expertise, excellent communication, and experience partnering with stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Transportation, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs that define problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate operations workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, goals, metrics, and sprint objectives.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with priorities.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
• Ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria and expectations.
