Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Agile practices.

Ideal candidates have domain expertise in logistics, strong communication skills, and experience with stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IS, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that define problems, objectives and constraints.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, objectives, success metrics, and sprint goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with priorities.
• Support quarterly planning and roadmaps.
• Ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria.
