Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of business value using Agile methods.

The role requires strong logistics domain expertise, excellent communication, and ability to work with stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Technology, Logistics Technology, Operations Technology, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for warehouse visits and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs clearly defining business problems, objectives, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, objectives, success metrics, and sprint goals.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog to align with priorities.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
• Ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria and expectations.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to size user stories and validate progress.
