Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery of technology solutions in Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into requirements, manage backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure value delivery through Agile practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain experience in logistics and supply chain, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Supply Chain technology.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or SCM.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs that define problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate operational workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, objectives, metrics, and sprint goals.
• Prioritize backlog and support planning, roadmaps, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering to size user stories and ensure QA and release readiness.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders to align priorities and clarify requirements.
