GAINSCO Auto Insurance is seeking a Product Owner, Automation & Innovation to transform how work gets done across the organization. You will build and manage a roadmap of transformation opportunities, lead experimentation, and move promising ideas from discovery through pilots and scalable implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership experience with curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management/Ownership roles.
• 3+ years in Property and Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize AI, automation, and transformation opportunities aligned with business strategy.
• Lead discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, proofs of concept, pilots, and MVPs using a test-and-learn approach.
• Deliver generative AI, intelligent automation, digital workflow, document intelligence, self-service, and decision-support solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and adoption plans.
