Job summary

The Standard Insurance Company is seeking an AI Product Owner to join AI & Automation, turning product vision into working software. You will own backlog, sprint, release, and production health of Applied AI products, partnering with the AI Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable work and stories.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, guide PI planning, and coordinate with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to meet uptime and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional tech and business analysis experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience translating technical/data perspectives for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, sprint, release, and production health of AI products.
• Translate strategy into actionable work plans and user stories; coordinate with engineers and data scientists.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and PI planning; define work packages and their sequence.
• Coordinate releases and ensure alignment with dependent teams during each sprint.
