Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, seeks a Product Owner to lead product vision and prioritize roadmaps within our Agile software environment. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering to ensure value delivery and timely releases.

The role requires 4+ years of product ownership experience, CSPO/SAFe knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into features that drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing is required.
• CSPO certification is preferred.
• Experience leading software product development in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap for a specific focus area.
• Translate strategy into actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with Development Managers on sprint planning and release scope.
• Apply ITW’s Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) framework to identify customer pain points.
• Create and maintain clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with UX/UI.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders at gate meetings.
