Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Owner to guide product vision and priority-setting within an agile environment. You will translate roadmaps into actionable development plans and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering to ensure delivery that meets customer needs.

You will own backlog management, ensure clear user stories, and advocate for customers throughout the lifecycle, including beta trials and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner or similar role with a development team.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
• Software product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Execution & Delivery: Own execution of the product roadmap and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Customer-Back Innovation (CBI): Identify and prioritize customer pain points and translate into requirements.
• Backlog & Requirements Management: Create clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and UX teams.
• Domain & Industry Expertise: Develop knowledge of component manufacturing workflows.
• Quality & Delivery Assurance: Ensure features meet criteria and support UAT and releases.
• Communication & Advocacy: Report progress and risks; advocate for the customer.
