Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy, or Business Operations roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments with cross-functional impact.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Experience building operating models, executive dashboards and accountability processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
- Experience with product portfolio management, go-to-market operations and product launches.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement operating cadence across a multi-hundred-million software portfolio.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and align roadmaps with commercial timelines.
- Drive SaaS transformation initiatives including cloud-native roadmap and pricing models.
- Capture and translate feedback from advisors, support and commercial teams into product improvements.
- Operationalize product launches across global markets and enable expansion into new regions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success.
