Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of project/program management or product operations experience.
Experience running portfolio governance and annual planning/roadmapping.
Leadership of cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent projects.
Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Run program management for innovation projects from concept through business case approval.
Manage planning & development cycles including roadmapping and cross-team dependencies.
Support monthly portfolio reporting and senior leadership updates.
Assist with business cases and ROI analyses to ground prioritization in data.
