Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Product Operations leader to optimize its software portfolio for subsurface professionals worldwide. You will design operating cadences, align cross-functional teams, and drive SaaS transformation initiatives from desktop to cloud-native platforms.

The role requires 8+ years in product operations or strategy, strong financial acumen with SaaS metrics, and proven governance and dashboard experience. Based in Englewood, CO or remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy, or Business Operations roles.
• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS with cross-functional exposure across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with SaaS metrics (ACV, ARR, NRR, churn).
• Experience building operating models, dashboards, and governance for executive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating cadence across a $100M+ software portfolio, including release governance and ROI tracking.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and alignment between product roadmaps, commercial timelines, and GTM.
• Support SaaS transformation from desktop software to cloud-native platforms; drive release velocity and platform scalability.
• Capture and translate customer feedback into product improvements to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate go-to-market and commercial enablement; support market expansion and pricing strategies.
• Drive AI/Analytics integration across multi-product portfolio to inform investments.
