Cagayan State University is seeking a technically adept individual to build internal AI agents that automate core workflows end to end. You will design, deploy, and monitor agents handling recurring tasks while creating internal apps to streamline team operations, including deployment tracking, release workflows, and labeling management.

The role emphasizes user-focused iteration, documentation, dashboards, and automation to preempt issues.

Qualifications

• Actively fixes broken processes with strong technical literacy.
• User-focused to understand pain points and iteratively improve tools.
• Disciplined and systems-oriented; creates documentation, dashboards and automation to prevent issues.
• Self-starters who can work independently toward goals.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving aptitude with technology.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments, interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams.
• Able to balance strategic pricing/analysis work with execution tasks like data labeling coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI agents to automate operational work-streams end to end.
• Design, build, and ship internal applications to streamline workflows, including deployment tracking and feature enablement processes.
• Partner with GTM teams to drive technical enablement and support PL S motions, clarifying the technical value of products.
