Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Product Ops Engineer Intern to build internal applications and AI agents that accelerate operations across product, engineering, deployments, and GTM. You’ll ship real software used daily, with mentorship from a strong engineering team and direct collaboration with the CTO and Head of Product.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (or recently graduated) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude to solve problems with technology.
• Experience working across Engineering and Commercial/Field teams.

Responsibilities

• Build internal agents to automate operational work-streams end to end.
• Design, build, and ship internal applications to streamline deployment tracking, release workflows, and labeling operations management.
• Partner with GTM to drive technical enablement and support Product-Led Sales motions.
