Kong is seeking a GTM Forward Deployed Engineer in Sacramento to build and launch AI agents that support Marketing, Sales, Product and Revenue Operations. You will integrate platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Claude Code, Gemini, Snowflake, Marketo, and Jira to automate GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI workflows or LLM agents in production.
• Ability to document tooling and playbooks at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Prototype and deploy AI agents for GTM objectives.
• Create prompt templates and system instructions.
• Define agent persona, tone, and fallback logic.
• Connect LLMs to GTM systems to re-engineer processes.
• Document agent logic for scalable automation.
• Audit production agents to fix drift and gaps.
• Collaborate with GTM Analytics for real-time insights.
• Develop prompt libraries and training sessions to maximize value.
