Qualifications

• Experience building or shipping production systems with LLMs or agents, not just prototyping.
• Strong backend fundamentals—APIs, databases, distributed systems.
• Experience with model or agent evaluation: designing evals, measuring regressions, turning questions into signals.
• A systems-and-outcomes mindset focused on product impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on agent behavior across real GTM workflows.
• Map multi-step workflows to agent-driven flows that match or exceed human performance.
• Build and run evals to measure task completion and reliability, catching regressions and failures.
• Analyze production failures and improve robustness beyond single cases.
• Collaborate with product to move agent flows from prototype to general availability.
