ClickUp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Internally Deployed AI products. You will own the MCP server platform, agent orchestration, and internal tooling used across GTM. The role emphasizes AI-native development, secure access controls, and scalable production systems.

You will work with TypeScript/Node.js, Python automation, AWS services, and LLM APIs to ship reliable, production-grade features while mentoring engineers and documenting best practices for internal AI tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js with typed server-side code.
• Strong Python for automation and data tooling.
• AWS deployment experience including Lambda and Bedrock.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs and shipping AI-powered features.
• REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credentials.
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CDK / SAM).
• Clear written communication and ability to mentor others.

Aufgaben

• Own MCP server platform design, build, and operations for AI-driven GTM workflows.
• Develop agent orchestration and internal tooling used by hundreds of employees.
• Implement secure authentication, RBAC, and data access controls.
• Maintain observability, logging, tracing, and latency targets.
• Collaborate across GTM and Systems teams on API standards and data contracts.
• Mentor junior engineers and document engineering practices for AI-native development.
