Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator in Cabazon, CA to manage inventory, process shipments, and support store operations. You will ensure accurate RFID counts, organize back-of-house areas, and assist guests on the sales floor, contributing to a smooth omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing per standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries (folding, sorting, hanging).
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products per standards.
• Adjust product displays and restock/destock to maintain organization.
• Implement omnichannel programs (buy online, ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service on the retail floor.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
