Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or above is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, fold/sort/hang to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile, package, and ship product per company standards (damages, consolidations).
• Display adjustments, daily restocking, and product moves to maintain store organization.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service on the retail floor and connect to team members.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment for staff and guests.
