Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Principal Product Operations Manager to own the product systems, tooling, and reporting that powers multiple product lines. You will partner across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and GTM to align strategy with delivery and enable data-driven decision making.

You will design scalable planning cadences, build dashboards, and drive process improvements to reduce friction and accelerate execution for a fast-moving product organization.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Operations or related roles.
Experience with roadmapping tools (Aha!, Productboard) and Jira.
Strong analytics and ability to turn data into insights.
Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

Own product systems, tools, and reporting for product teams.
Define and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.
Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering for data integration.
Design repeatable planning cadences and intake workflows.
Drive cross-functional handoffs between Product, Eng, Design, and GTM.
Monitor data quality and hygiene across reporting feeds.
Support quarterly/annual planning and board updates.
