Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.
• Strong drug development understanding and cross-functional awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in root-cause problem solving.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements with SMEs input.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement new business processes with organizational context.
• Lead change management initiatives and communicate impacts.
• Monitor performance metrics and dashboards for operations.
• Prepare tools and templates; schedule meetings; travel as needed.
