Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product strategy, business operations, data analytics, product management, or strategic business performance roles.
• Experience with P&L ownership or delivering specific business outcomes.
• Deep curiosity about business models and data to uncover insights.
• Proven track record of driving growth through analytics and execution.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Strong product sense and understanding of how software is built and scaled.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional problems with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech or complex financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own metrics and a morning read for Risk’s in-year performance across outcomes, health, and user experience.
• Lead deep-dive interventions to diagnose and resolve at-risk goals.
• Translate long-horizon risk/business theses into in-year priorities and plans.
• Synthesize leadership materials with clear options and actions.
• Pressure-test plans with Risk, Strategy, Product, and Finance to reflect market dynamics.
